Economic Opportunity Program Inc. (EOP)
From an on-site office, Economic Opportunity Program (EOP) maintains a fulltime supportive presence at Libertad. They’re there to link residents with assistance and resources, to provide help when needed, and to help all people live with dignity. That’s what EOP is all about. To create affordable housing, empower residents, and provide supportive housing for families and veterans at risk of homelessness was purpose enough.
